Workshops

Nao Robot Workshop

The workshop with the humanoid "Nao robot" makes it possible to interact with a real robot while playfully learning how to code. A number of exercises teach the children the relationship between the various actions of the robot and the underlying code.

Jumping Sumo Workshop

The "Jumping Sumo" is, in contrast to the QuadCopter last year, no flying but a driving drone that can jump to 80cm high. With a "route planner", the children can program a sequence of actions and teach the drone a number of tricks.

Food & Refreshments

During the workshops, we provide water, tea and cocoa free of charge. For lunch, there is a child-friendly meal incl. dessert. Please let us know about any allergies!

Care & Mentoring

Teachers and IT specialists, who have experience with children, look after the children. One Java supervisor cares for two children.

Costs

We only charge a fee amounting to 10 euros per child. This covers lunch, drinks and workshop costs.

Why IT?

Our goal is to introduce programming to children in a fun and playful way and encourage their creativity in dealing with the computer. One can never start early enough: The IT industry offers exciting career fields and very good prospects for the future with an attractive salary.
