How do I access my profile?

Tickets

Where and when do I get my ticket?

You can view your ticket via your profile under "Tickets & Rooms", download it and have it scanned digitally with your smartphone on-site. To do this, select the event and click on the red "more" icon under Actions. If you still prefer a physical ticket that also serves as a name badge, please print it out yourself in advance and bring it with you. We will provide suitable badges including a lanyard on site. If you use your ticket on your smartphone, make sure that your smartphone is always sufficiently charged.

You can find out how to access your profile in the Profile section.

I can't download my ticket. What do I have to do?

If the ticket download is not enabled, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Has your ticket been paid for? If not, we kindly ask you to proceed with the payment as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can pay for your ticket on-site at the counter, although you should allow some extra time during peak hours. Your ticket will only be unlocked after payment has been made.

2. For the All-in-One ticket: Have you already selected your training session? Your ticket will only be available for download after you have completed the selection of your training session. Information on how to select your training session can be found in the "Program" section.

If none of these options apply to you, please contact our customer service

I would like to book several tickets for my colleagues. What do I have to do?

Ideally, your colleagues will book their tickets independently via their own profile.

If this is not possible, you can assign the respective tickets to your colleagues after your collective order. You can make the assignment in your profile under "Tickets & Rooms". There you will find the section "Collective orders". Enter the e-mail address of your colleagues for each ticket and confirm the assignment. Your colleagues will then receive an invitation by e-mail and can accept the ticket assignment. A user profile is required so that your colleagues can view their ticket. The information can be found in the e-mail invitation. Your colleagues can register here

In case there are any problems or queries regarding the allocation of tickets, please contact our customer service.

It is not possible to select the training day for my colleagues. What can I do?

Only your colleagues can select the training day themselves. If you have made a collective order, the tickets must first be assigned to your colleagues. How to assign tickets can be find out in this section under the previous question.

If there are problems or queries when assigning the tickets and it is still not possible to select the training day, please contact our customer service

Can I still buy a ticket on-site?

Yes, this is possible. However, please note that the training day has a limited number of participant slots. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an on-site sale of the All-in-One-ticket.
